I F*cking Love Myself: A Guided Meditation

Take less than 20 minutes to recalibrate your nervous system, based on MBSR: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction from Stanford.

By popular demand, I've been teaching nervous system regulation tools — like Breathwork and MBSR: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction — to my coaching clients as well as as a facilitator this summer at Sleepawake Camp.

It’s time to make this part of my unique offering available to my network more broadly.

So, this guided meditation practice marks my first podcast episode!

Find a place to lie down, where you can meditate

This meditation is intended calm your nervous system (using MBSR).

To bring you out of fight or flight, and into rest and recovery.

To bring you into the body and out of the mind.

The purpose is to help you let go of chaotic thoughts, especially when there's anxiety.

The theme of this meditation is about truly embodying the belief that you “f*cking love yourself.”
