So, this guided meditation practice marks my first podcast episode!
Find a place to lie down, where you can meditate
This meditation is intended calm your nervous system (using MBSR).
To bring you out of fight or flight, and into rest and recovery.
To bring you into the body and out of the mind.
The purpose is to help you let go of chaotic thoughts, especially when there's anxiety.
The theme of this meditation is about truly embodying the belief that you “f*cking love yourself.”
